A population has a small size, high level of genetic drift, and a very little migration into the population what will most likely happen to the genetic diversity in the population over time

it is possible that some genotypes within the population may be lost , because the population is small and there is high genetic diversity with highly variable types of genes. This may lead to less reproduction within the population as organisms may die soon and no reproduction taking place will ultimately lead to the extinction of the given population.Due to less migration ,the population will not spread to other regions, to reproduce with similar genotypic organisms  and will hence be wiped off the surface of the earth.

The genetic diversity of the population will remain unchanged over a period of time. With the high variability of genes, it is possible that a part of population is not able to reproduce.

EXPLANATION:

It is also possible that some genotypes of the small population are completely lost. This is because less reproduction will take place and new organisms will not be produced.

It is also possible that from the small population, some genotypes get extinct. The population also will not spread to other regions because of less migration which ultimately would lead to the population becoming even scarcer.
