According to given question,

x=5y ---1

Let the other two new numbers be a and b respectively.

Then,

x+21=a ---2

y+21=b ---3

Also, from the question

a=2b ----4

Now, from equations 2,3 and 4 we get,

x+21=2(y+21)

x+21=2y+42

From equation 1,

5y+21=2y+42

3y=21

y=7

Now, Putting y=7 in equation 1 we get,

x=35

Also,

x+21=a

35+21=a

a=56

And,

a=2b

b=28

Therefore, x=35, y=7, a=56, b=28.
