let \: one \: no. \: be \: x \: and \: other \: no. \: be \: y. \\ x = 5y \: (eqn \: 1) \\ if \: 21 \: is \: added \: to \: both \: no.s \: then \\ x + 21 = 2(y + 21) \\ x + 21 = 2y + 42 \\ from \: eqn \: 1 \\ 5y + 21 = 2y + 42 \\ 5y - 2y = 42 - 21 \\ 3y = 21 \\ y =  \frac{21}{3}  \\ y = 7 \\ put \: in \: eqn \: 1 \\ x = 5(7) \\ x = 35

First no. = x = 35

Other no. = y = 7
