To Find :

Let smaller number be ' x ' ; bigger will be 5x

Now,

After adding 2 in both the numbers,

we get,

→ 5x + 2 = 4 ( x + 2 )

→ 5x + 2 = 4x + 8

→ 5x - 4x = 8 - 6

→ 1x = 2

∴ x = 2

Hence,

The smallest number is 2
