Let the positive number be 5x

and the other mumber be x

Add 21 to both

(5x+21) (x+21)

According to the question

2 *(x+21) = 5x +21

2x + 42 =5x+21

42-21 = 5x - 2x

21 = 3x

x= 7

The number is 7
