Length along with the margin = 20 + 2.4

= 22.4 cm

Breadth along with the margin = 18 + 2.4

= 20.4cm

Area of the rectangle along with the margin,

= 22.4 × 20.4

= 456.96 sq.cm

Hence, the area of the margin is = 456.96 - 360

= 90.96 sq.cm
