V = 25 · 14

V = 350

The volume of the circular based tin is:

V = π · r2 · h

V = (3.5)2 · 12 · π

V = 12.25 · 12 · π

V = 14.7π

V ≈ 461.81

The circular based tin has the greater volume by 111.81 cm3.
