I can tell you the format please make the speech accordingly
first greet everyone
( Good morning respected teachers and all my dear friends )
then introduce ur self
then say the importance of ncc in daily life (discipline, exercise, respect, team work )
then say y u joined ncc and encourage others to join for the same reason
and finally end with a quote (google it) and end ur speech
