   Forced/Bonded labour denotes those situations where in individuals are forced to work by using intimidation or violence, or by more restrained means such as retaining identity papers or intimidations of accusation to immigration authorities, or accumulated debt. These labours are made vulnerable to forced labour practices owing to poverty, unemployment, discrimination, crime, political conflict, corruption and cultural assent of forced labour.

  The Indian Constitution forbids forced labour and regards it a crime punishable under the law. State can never the lessen force mandatory service for public objectives.
