Given,

Pressure (P1) = 1 atm

Temperature 1 (T1) = 27°C

= (27+273) K

= 300 K

Pressure 2 (P2) = 3 atm

Let the Temperature 2 be T2,

By Regnault's Pressure Law,

P1/T1 = P2/T2

= (1/300) = (3/T2)

= T2 = 900 K

= T2 = (900-273)°C

= T2 = 627°C

The New Temperature will be 627°C.

I hope this helps.
