A printing company has 12 machines can print 350sheets of paper in 5 hours.How many sheets of paper can 18 such machines print in 10 hours.

350/5=70
70/12=5.83
one machine =5.83
in 18 machines print in 10 hours
5.83×10×18=1049.4
the answer is 1049.4

Number of sheets 12 machine can print in 5 hours = 350 
Number of sheets 1 machines can print in 5 hours = 350/12
Number of sheets 1 machines can print in 1 hour = 350/(12×5) = 350/60
                                                                                = 35/6
Number of sheets 18 machines can print in 1 hour = 36×18/6 = 108
Number of sheets 18 machines can print in 10 hours = 108 × 10 = 1080 sheets
 So, 18 machines can print 1080 sheets in 10 hours.
