Hey!!!

_________

Total Money = 42500

Thus girls got

 =  >  \frac{3}{10}   \times 42500

=> 3 x 4250

=> 12750

Thus they spent 60% of 12750

Thus

 \frac{60}{100}  \times 12750

=> 6 x 1275

=> 7650

Money left = 12750 - 7650

=> 5100

In the party girls only paid 20 % bill.

Case 2

=> For Boys

They got

 \frac{7}{10}  \times 42500

=> 7 x 4250

=> 29750

They spent 80% of it

 \frac{80}{100}  \times 29750

=> 8 x 2975
=> 23800

Money left = 29750 - 23800

=> 5950

let the total bill of the party be x

Then
 \frac{80}{100}  \times x = 5950

=> x = 7437.5

Thus remaining => 7437.5 - 5950

=> 1487.5 (Answer)

Thus the girls are left with Rs.1487.5

_________

Hope this helps ✌️
