At the highest point, the stone has only horizontal velocity but not vertical velocity.

Initial horizontal velocity of stone (ux)= ucosθ=50×cos37=45 m/s

Since, there is no acceleration in the horizontal direction. so horizontal velocity of stone remains constant with time.

Thus, speed at the highest point  ( V x)=(ux)=45m/s
