In the question, we are given, with the cost of the property, and the ratio of cost is also, given to us, and we need to find, the cost, recieved by each brother. For that, we will take a common ratio, and then, we will add up that ratio then, we will divide it by the given cost of the property, which will give us the value of that common ratio. Then, we will multiply, the obtained value with 2, 2 and 3, which are going to be the cost of property received by each brother. Let's do it!

According to question -

Let the common ratio be x

So -

2 = 2x

2 = 2x

3 = 3x

Total cost = 3,50,000

Now -

We will fine the value of x, by adding 2x with 2x and 3x, the we will divide, the obtained value with 3,50,000, and then, that will give us the value of x.

On substituting the values -

$\sf \longrightarrow \: 2x \: + \: 2x \: + \: 3x \: = 350000$

$\sf \longrightarrow \: 7x \: = 350000$

$\sf \longrightarrow \: x \: = \cancel \dfrac{350000}{7}$

$\sf \longrightarrow \: x \: = 50000$

At the end -

We will, multiply 50,000 with 2x, 2x and 3x, which will give us, the cost of property, divided to each brother.

$\sf \longrightarrow \: 2x \: = 2 \: \times 50000 = 100000$
