A protest lifts a luggage of 17 kg form the ground and puts it on his head 2.5m above th ground. Calculate th work done by him on the luggage. (Take g =10m/s)

Mass of luggage  ′ m ′  = 17kg

Height of luggage ′ h'=2.5m

Now, As we know work done = Force  ×  Distance And Force= weight of luggage

f=m×g

∴  Work done  =m×g×h

=17*10*2.5=425 J.
