∴ ∠DAC = ∠BCA [By CPCT]

∴ AD∥BC [∵ Alternate angles are equal] --- ( 2 )

From ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) we get that opposite sides of quadrilateral are parallel.

∴ ABCD is a parallelogram.
