Step-by-step explanation:

in case triangle if either side are proportional or angle are equal it is congruent.

In both triangle base equal pq=lm=4

qr=mn given

another side automatically become pr=NL=3

boz of congruence.

 \frac{4}{4}   = \frac{rq}{nm } =  \frac{nl}{pr}

pq=lm=4, rq=nm=a suppose, so pr=3= nl.

After triangle become congruent, angle is equal angle p= angle L = 30°
