Answer:

Number of students = 6000

Number of students left out =71

Number of students arranged in rows and columns = 6000-71

=5929

The number of rows = The number of columns .

=5929−−−−√

5929=7×7×11×11

=(7×11)2

=77

Number of rows is 77

Answer:

Let us consider number of rows as a

No. of columns = a

Total number of students who sat in the field = a2

Total students a2 + 71 = 6000

a2 = 5929

a = √5929

a = 77

∴ total number of rows are 77.
