a pully of radius 0.9m is used to lift a bucket from the well . if it took 3.6 rotation for the pulley to take water out of the well , how deep is water in the well ?

To find the length of rope in pully at a time, we would find the perimeter.

P = 2πr

= 2 × 22/7 × 0.9

P = 5.657m

Since, 3.6 rotations are needed, therefore depth of well upto the water level is

3.6 × 5.657

Depth = 20.365 m
