total money = Rs 130

since,there is equal denomination of 50 paise and 5 paise ,so then

denomination of each will be
= 130 / 2 = Rs65

denomination of 50 paise=Rs65

denomination of 5 paise=Rs65

let the 50 paise coins be 'x'and 5 paise coins be 'y'

Find the 50p coins :
----------------------------
50 ( x ) = Rs 65

convert rupees to paise :
-----------------------------------
Rs 1 = 100 paise

50x = 65 × 100

x =65 × 100/50

x = 130 coins

Find the 5p coins :
--------------------------
5 ( y ) = Rs 65

Rs 1 = 100 paise

5y = 65 × 100

5y = 6500 => y = 1300 coins

therefore,

number of 50 paise coins = x = 130

number of 5 paise coins = y = 1300
