LET NUMBER OF TWO RUPEES COIN BE 'X'

LET THE NUMBER OF 5 RUPEES COIN BE 'Y'

1ST EQUATION:-

                       X+Y=30

2ND EQUATION:-

                     2X+5Y=114

BY SUBSTITUTION METHOD:-

           LET WE TAKE EQUATION 1 (X+Y=30) SO,X=30-Y

NOW LET WE SUBSTITUTE VAL OF X IN EQUATION 2

    2(30-Y)+5Y=114

60-2Y+5Y=114

3Y=54

Y=54/3

Y=18

LET WE SUBSTITUTE VALUE OF Y IN EQUATION 1

X+18=30

X=30-18

X=12

THE TOTAL NUMBER OF 2 RUPEE COIN IS 12

TOTAL NUMBER OF 5 RUPEE COIN IS 18

THE VALUE OF 2 RUPEE COIN IS 12×2=24

THE VALUE OF 5 RUPEE COIN IS 18×5=90
