Natives of Arctic doesn't eat penguin's egg because Penguins live in southern hemisphere on Antarctic .Not on Arctic so they can't eat.

Your answer would be as following :-

We know that Penguins dont reside in Arctic,thus they dont lay their egga there . So even if they starve there on the Arctic , there's no question of eating a penguin's egg there ^-^" .
