one diagonal×Sum of the lengths of the perpendiculars drawn from it on the remaining two vertices.

 \sf \:  =  \frac{1}{2} \times 25 \times (16.4 + 11.6)

 \sf \:  =  \frac{25}{2} \times 28 = 25 \times 14 = 350sq.cm
