GIVEN :-

Let alpha and beta be two zeros of the polynomial.

According to the question ;

 \alpha  = 2 \\  \\  \alpha  +  \beta  = 0 \\  \\  \implies 2 +  \beta  = 0 \\  \\  \implies   \boxed{\beta  =  - 2} \\  \\  \alpha  \beta  =  - 4

Now, to form a quadratic equation we can use the below formula :-

p(x) =  {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta  \\  \\  =  {x}^{2}  - 0x - 4 \\  \\  \boxed{p(x) =  {x}^{2} - 4 }
