Answer:

sum of zeros = -(b/a) = -3

product of zeros = (c/a) =  4

To form a quadratic polynomial..

x² - ( sum of zeros ) + product of zeros

= x^{2} -(\frac{b}{a})x+\frac{c}{a}

= x² - ( -3 )x + 4

= x² + 3x + 4

Hence, The Quadratic polynomial is

\sf\green{\boxed {x^{2}  + 3x + 4}}
