Since Zeroes are -3 and 4.

So polynomial P(x)=

 = {x}^{2} - (soz)x + (poz) \\ ={x}^{2} - ( - 3 + 4)x + ( - 3 \times 4) \\ = {x}^{2} - x - 12

Hope it is helpful
