The quadratic polynomial is

 \sf \: f(x) = k({x}^{2} - sx + p)

where k is non zero real number.

According to question,

Sum of zeroes, s = 3

Product of zeroes, p = 2

Therefore,

 \sf \: f(x) = k ({x}^{2} - 3x + 2) \: and \: k\: is \: non \: zero
