A quadrilateral has 3 acute angles, each of 70° . Find the measure of 4th angle. Is this quadrilateral a parallelogram? Why/why not ?​

the fourth angle is 170°.

and the quadrilateral is not a parallelogram because the oposite lines are not parallel to each other
