Here is ur answer..

The answer is 26 becoz...

If the 2nd Largest side is 10cm,The max. possible lengths for 3rd & 4th side would be 9 & 8.

Largest side L has to be smaller than the sum of other 3 sides in quadrilateral.

Hence,
10+9+8=27

L<27

Since all sides have integer lengths, therefore rounding off the values, the length of the largest side 27
