=> Adjacent sides are equal in length —(1)

∠P = 100° and ∠R = 100°
=> Opposite angles are equal —(2)

∠P = 100° and ∠Q = 80°
=> Adjacent angles are supplementary (or 180°) —(3)

From (1), (2) and (3),
=> Quadrilateral PQRS is a rhombus.
