one \: zero \: is \: 3 \\ sum \:  = 0 \\  \alpha  + 3 = 0 \\  \alpha  = 0 - 3 =  - 3

other root is -3

sum of the zeros = 3 - 3= 0

product of the zeros = 3(-3) = -9

 p(x) = {x}^{2} - (sum)x + product \\  {x}^{2} - 0x - 9 \\ p(x) =  {x}^{2} - 9
