Friend 1: Why do you think so much importance is given to sports in our country?


Friend 2: Sports is a mirror to nation's health.


Friend 1: Why do you say so? Please elaborate.


Friend 2: By health I mean both physical and mental health.


Sportsmen not only train hard and are physically fit, but a sportsmen is rational in thought, he has the power to handle failures as it is said" having a sportsmen spirit".


Thus if more nad more citizens of a country are involved in sports that will improve the overall health of the nation.
