★ Potassium chloride mixed with silver nitrate solution.

→ balanced balanced chemical equation is

KCL + AgNO3 → KNO3(ag) + AgCl(s)

→ this is an example of double displacement reaction.

★ Barium chloride reacts with aluminium sulphate to give aluminium chloride and and barium sulphate.

→ aluminium sulphate + barium chloride

→ aluminium chloride + barium sulphate.

Al2(SO4)3 + 3BaCl → 2AlCl3 + 3BaSO4

★ Two types of reaction involved in this reaction:

→ precipitation reaction.

→ double displacement reaction.
