d)
( \frac{2}{3} ) {}^{3}  \times ( \frac{2}{3}) {}^{ - 6} = ( \frac{2}{3} ) {}^{ \times  - 4}
e)
(( \frac{3}{4} ) {}^{ - 6}  \div ( \frac{3}{4} )  {}^{3} ) {}^{x}  = ( \frac{3}{4} )  {}^{ - 9}
