:. R - r =7m.

from (1),

2πR =440

R = 440×7/22×1/2

= 70m..

:. r = 70-7=63m.

:. area of the track is πR^2 - πr^2 =

22/7(R^2 - r^2) = 22/7 ×133×13 = 22×19×13= 5434 m^2. ( reqd. answer).
