Outer Circumference = 616 m
So,
2 x pi x r = 616
44/7 x r = 616
r = 616 x 7/44
r = 98

Radius = 98 m

Inner Circumference = 528 m
So,
2 x pi x r = 528
44/7 x r = 528
r = 528 x 7/44
r = 84

Radius = 84 m

So, width of the path = (98 - 84)m

= 14 m
