Initial velocity of car = zero

Acceleration = 2m/s²

Time of journey = 15s

We have to find distance covered by car during the given interval of time$.$

ATQ, Acceleration is said to be constant throughout the motion! So we can apply second equation of kinematics to solve this question$.$

⇒ S = ut + (1/2) at²

⇒ S = (0×15) + (1/2) (2 × 15²)

⇒ S = 0 + (1/2) (450)

⇒ S = 225m
