Given :-
- Initial velocity (u) = 0
- Acceleration (a) = 4m/s²
- Time taken (t) = 10s
To find :-
- Distance covered (s)
Solution :-
According to the second equation of motion
→ s = ut + ½ at²
→ s = 0 × 10 + ½ × 4 × 10 × 10
→ s = 0 + 2 × 100
→ s = 200m
Hence,
- Distance covered by a racing car is 200m
Extra Information :-
- v = u + at (First equation of motion)
- v² = u² + 2as (Third equation of motion)
- The rate of change in velocity is known as acceleration

⚜ Given :-
- Initial Velocity = 0m/s.
- Acceleration = 4m/s²
- Time = 10 seconds.
⚜ To Find :-
- Distance Covered By Car.
⚜ Solution :-
Use 2nd Equation Of Kinematics,
s = ut + ½ at²
Here,
s = Distance,
u = Initial Velocity,
t = Time,
a = Acceleration.
➭s = 0 × 10 + ½ × 4 × 10 × 10.
➭s = 0 + 2 × 100.
➭s = 200m.
Hence, Distance Covered = 200m.
