Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

selling price of radio = 3120

loss % = 4%

cost price = ?

now,

loss% = cp - sp  x 100

                 cp

4     =  cp - 3120

100         cp

cp  =  25 ( cp - 3120 )

cp  =  25cp  - 78000

78000 = 25cp - cp

78000 = cp

  24

:- cp = 3250

Again,

  cp = 3250

 sp = 3445

then, sp > cp

 now,

gain% = sp - cp x 100

                  cp

            = 3445 - 3250  x 100

                     3250

           =  19500

               3250

           = 6%

:- gain percent is 6 %.
