Oxidation is a chemical change and it will not affect the nature of radioactivity.(oxidation doesn't depend on the state of the element)

When a radioactive substance is oxidized it's radioactivity is not affected.
This is because oxidation is a chemical reaction and radioactivity is a nuclear reaction.
Hence the radioactivity remains unaffected.
