The hints provided for ' A Railway Journey ' will be used to complete a story as:
I recieved an interview call to study at a reputed college in South India. Then the preparation of booking a ticket for the journey, and checking the weather in Chennai for appropriate packing was done. Finally, my parents and I arrived at the station. A scene at the platform was buzzing with the adventure of trains leaving, coming, goodbyes, and welcomes.
I found the reserved berth with no difficulty and my co-passengers were a family of three and a young man. It was a 48-hour journey and the most time was spent preparing for my interview. I also spent time helping the family I was travelling with along with making a friendship with the young man.
Soon we were able to feel and see the change in weather and landscape so we knew that we were approaching South India. Different dishes were sold by vendors at the station and when the arrival at Chennai station took place a porter approached my compartment and asked whether he could carry my suitcase.
Porters are very helpful people at the station because not only do they help with the carrying of heavy luggage but also they guided me to my accommodation. I was tired after a long but comfortable journey.
