Raju's rectangular garden has length = 4x, breadth - 5y, perimeter 46 m

To Find  : Area of Ramu's rectangular garden

Area of Raju's rectangular garden

Perimeter of rectangle  = 2 ( length + breadth )

Area  of rectangle = length * breadth

Ramus rectangular garden has length = 2x, breadth = 3y, Perimeter=26

=> 2 ( 2x + 3y)  = 26

=> 2x + 3y  = 13   Eq1

Raju's rectangular garden has length = 4x, breadth - 5y, perimeter 46 m

=> 2 (4x + 5y) = 46

=> 4x + 5y  = 23    Eq2

2* Eq1 - Eq2

=> y  = 3

   2x + 3(3) = 13 => x = 2

Ramus rectangular garden has length = 4, breadth = 9,  

Area = 4 x 9  = 36   m²

Raju's rectangular garden has length = 8, breadth 15

Area  = 8 x 15  = 120 m²

Area of both = 36 + 120 = 156  m²

(x + y)² = (2  + 3)²  = 5² = 25

sum of lengths of two rectangular gardens is 4 + 8 = 12 m
