A rational number \bold\red{\frac{p}{q} } can be expressed as a terminating decimal of q if it has no other prime factor than 2 and 5 .

Let \bold\red{\frac{p}{q} } be a rational number then it decimal expansion will be terminate if q is in the form of \bold\red{  {2}^{m}  \times  {5}^{n} }

where m and n are non - negative integers.
