3/5 and 2/3 are the numbers
LCM of denominators = 15
therefore 3/5 = 9/15
  and       2/3 = 10/15
since the range is small we will multiply numerator and denominator with 10
9/15 ×10/10 = 90 / 150
10/15 × 10/10 = 100 / 150

The number which will not lie in this range like 70/150 , 81/150 etc are your answer
