Any no. more than 1 and less than 0 in form of p/q is a rational no. that doesn't lie between 0 and 1.
In other words, all improper fractions and negative fractions are rational no. that doesn't lie between 0 and 1.
Eg:- 3/2, -1/2
p/q shouldn't be a recurring no.
