Answer:

3/14

Step-by-step explanation:

n+1=1+1=2

1/7*2/2        2/7*2/2

2/14             4/14

between 2/14 and 4/14 we have 3/14

Answer:

As per the data given in the above question

we have to find the a rational numbers between 1/7 and 2/7.

Now we have two values 1\7 and 2\7.

 \frac{1}{7}  \: and \:  \frac{2}{7}

We have to multiply numerator and denominatior 7 by 3 ,then we get

 \frac{1 \times 3}{7 \times 3}   \: and \:  \frac{2 \times 3}{7 \times 3}

 \frac{3}{21}  \: and \:  \frac{6}{21}

 \frac{3}{21} \:  \frac{4}{21}  \:  \frac{5}{21}  \:  \frac{6}{21}

 \frac{3}{21} ,\:  \frac{4}{21} , \:  \frac{5}{21} , \:  \frac{6}{21}

Hence ,

The rational number between these two numbers are

 \frac{4}{21} , \:  \frac{5}{21}

Note : You can multiply numerator and denominatior with higher number to get more rational numbers .
