A Ray of light falling on a rough surface follows the laws of reflection but no image of the object placed before it is seen

yes it follows the laws but the reflected rays are not parallel to the incident ray so it is a diffused reflection that's why no image us formed because a image needs parallel lays so they can be interconnect to form a image

yes it follows but reflected ray are not parallel to incident ray so that is why they are defused it cannot be formed because an image need parallel lines
