Solution :

Given:

✏ Angle between a ray of light and surface = 30°

To Find:

✏ Angle of reflection

Concept:

✏ As per laws of reflection, angle of incident is always equal to angle of reflection.

 \star \: \underline{ \boxed{ \bold{ \large \sf{ \pink{ \angle{i} = \angle{r}}}}}} \: \star

✏∠i = angle of incident

✏ ∠r = angle of reflection

Calculation:

✏ Angle of incident is defind as angle between light ray and perpendicular to the surface.

✏ Angle of incident = 90° - 30° = 60°

✏ Since, ∠i =∠r

 \star \: \boxed{ \bold{ \sf{ \large\blue{ \angle{r} = 60 \degree}}}} \: \star
