A ray of light is travelling from glass to air. The angle of incidence in glass is 35º, and angle of refractive index
in air is 60° What is the refractive index of glass w.r.t. air ?

sin 35/sin 60=refractive index of air with respect to water

We know that

refractive index of second medium with respect to first medium =1/refractive index of first medium with respect to second medium

therefore

refractive index of glass with respect to air=1/sin 35/sin 60

=sin 60/sin 35

=1.5
