        We know that  λ = c / n x f

               So  450 x 10^-9 = 3 x 10^8 / n x 5 x 10^14

                    450 x 10^-9 n x 5 x 10^14 = 3 x 10^8 x 10^-5

                          n = 3 x 10^8 x 10^-5 / 450 x 10^-9  x 5 x 10^14

                        n = 1.33

So refractive index n will be 1.33
